About Us

The empty space a room holds, rendered in 3D.

Light and materials, air and the intervals between things, stillness and refinement. These are qualities to be felt, not explained. We express the Japanese sense of beauty as Japandi-style 3D models, which we design and offer here.

Our Philosophy

Empty space completes a room.

There is richness in a space left empty. Materials reveal their honesty as their expression changes with the light. The turning of the seasons, the shift of light from morning to evening. We bring this sensibility into 3D.

Why JAPANDI

The functional beauty of Scandinavia and the spirituality of Japan. What they share is a reverence for the essential.

Essence, not ornamentation.
Simplicity, not complexity.
Harmony, not assertiveness.

We deliver this philosophy to creators around the world as Japandi-style 3D models.

The Studio

JAPANDI 3D is crafted by a Japanese design team. We keep returning to one question: how can we give form to what feels Japanese, and put it to work in design?

We answer in 3D, a language understood everywhere. Into every model, we carefully bring light and a sense of material. Through this work, we share the minimalism we practice with the world.
